As New Zealand moves to Level 2, iStore is now able to return to normal operation for sales, service and one on one training. We ask that when entering our store you follow physical distancing as much as possible. We will also record your name, phone number and have you 'check-in' via guesthq.co.nz for contact tracing purposes.
Our Service Centre is open and is accepting service jobs. Please read bellow for more information.
You will be able to book-in your device for service by visiting iStore, we can book your device in as usual, however we recommend you download the appropriate Mail-In forms and bringing them – filled out – with your device to make the book in process even quicker. Using the Mail-in forms will also mean you keep contact with people to a minimum during Level 2.
